Kingsway Link Bus
What is the Kingsway Link?
The Kingsway Link is a flexible bus service for people employed at the Kingsway Business Park.
The service is available to provide morning and evening journeys between home and work and
for lunch-time journeys to local shops and facilities such as your gym, the swimming pool and
the town centre.
The Kingsway Link is a door-to-door service that will pick up and drop off passengers
from their home and at their place of work. The service will also stop at Rochdale bus
and train stations, allowing passengers to interchange with local bus and rail services.
Can everyone use the Kingsway Link?
The Kingway Link is available to anyone employed at the Kingsway Business Park. Anyone can
use the service for local journeys between home and work, or for journeys between Rochdale
Bus and Rail Stations and Kingsway. The service is available to all Kingsway employees during
lunch-time for local journeys including those to and from the town centre.
How much does it cost?
Any single journey will cost £1.
When can I use the Kingsway Link?
You can use the service Monday - Friday between the following hours:
Morning: 07:30-09:30
Lunchtime: 12:00-14:00
Evening: 16:30-18:30
How do I book my journey?
• Just phone the GMPTE call centre on 08456 05 55 05 (local rate)
• The booking centre is open every day between 8am and 8pm
• Please phone GMPTE at least one hour before you want to travel
• You can book your journey up to one week in advance
• You can book all your journeys for the week with one phone call
• Please remember to tell GMPTE if you want a return journey
• Please tell GMPTE if you have a wheelchair or child buggy
